Policy

Payments

A 25% deposit must be made in order to confirm your order. For Wedding Cakes, the balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the wedding date.

Cancellations

For cancellations 48hrs prior to due date, a 75% cancellation penalty must be paid.

For cancellations made 30-days prior to the due date, a 25% cancellation penalty must be piad.

Refunds are not guaranteed based on hours of work and complexity.

Delivery

Delivery fees are calculated based on $2 per mile and milage is estimated by Google Maps. Meltus Cakes and Confectionery is NOT responsible for conditions of orders after delivery or during deliveries not made by Meltus.
